Travel Companions for the Elderly
Our travel companions are great listeners and are naturally patient, making them the ideal company for the elderly.
The elderly may struggle with the following issues at the airport:
- Finding their way – unfamiliar surroundings and confusing signs and terminology.
- Fatigue – standing or waiting in line, walking long distances, and handling heavy luggage.
- Technology – face difficulty using self-service devices, navigating their way through moving walkways and escalators and using lifts.
- Amenities – difficulty in finding washrooms, making their way through congested and confusing duty free/retail areas, dealing with food and beverage services.
N.B. Our companions are all reference checked, hold an enhanced DBS certificate and are certified in emergency first aid.
