What Our Travel Service Entails:
- We chaperone children aged 3 to 16 on direct and connecting flights, trains, boats, coaches, and/or private vehicles.
- Our dedicated team will organize all travel arrangements on your behalf, by booking flights and other modes of transportation and providing notary and visa assistance upon request.
- We will meet your children and return them to you at the designated drop-off point inside the airport or external pre-arranged destination of your choice.
- We provide chaperones to parents requiring assistance with multiple children.
- We offer age-appropriate entertainment and games.

Note that upon booking us, we will deliver the legal contract for you to sign. We have liability insurance and business travel insurance and we recommend our clients obtain travel insurance for their child to cover their personal belongings and medical expenses.
When you sign the contract, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and you are verifying that you have informed your child they are travelling alone with a trusted chaperone.
Some children may be reluctant to travel with someone they do not know. We encourage you to communicate with them about the entire booking and travelling process prior to their trip. We are happy to speak to the child via phone or video call to build trust and, in certain cases, a face-to-face meeting can be arranged.
Each person designated to collect your child from us at the airport will be requested to show formal photo-identification before the child is released from our care.
